"Doing cardio might actually make you fat"
Sometimes I really can not stand the nightly news.
I bet the fat woman who was saying that never did cardio in her life.

LOL!!!
cardio makes you fat?
well then, if cardio makes you fat, then... whey protein is a steriod.
cardio owns, it makes you lose bodyfat and look more cut up.
the faster the cardio and more intense, and longer, the more calories you burn.
its a fact.
i DO believe, that cardio gives you a STRONGER appetitie, so she probably ate more.

I guess this explains it a little.. I googled it and i think that the lady was just too fat and was doing such low intensity cardio that she would barely burn off even the food that she was eating and just made herself more hungry...

Here's a quote from that article
"Body builder types have similar problems, but I find that more of them are fat than they ought to be. Then again, they do too much volume (stress response) and eat really poorly. Protein powders, gainer drinks, carbs, carbs, and carbs to get big. To get fat really."

are you sure it wasn't interpreted properly? like eating can make you gain weight. but eating more times throughout the day will make you lose weight
