You're 14? Maybe by the time you're 18?
Eat well, cut out the snacks and sodas and deserts, exercise regularly. At 14 you're almost diving in too soon IMO, but what you do with yourself is your business.
Nothing anybody here can say will substitute for plain old exercise and healthy eating.

i eat anything i want and play cricket a lot like 2 hours a day and i like to box and i have a home gym and i have a puchbag too i love boxing too

You won't see your 6-pack if you do that. You'd be hard pressed to manage that even if you were a genetic freak who was predisposed to it.
I don't know much about Cricket, but from what I've seen it's close to American Baseball, which isn't a terribly cardiovascular game as it is. Sure there is running to the bases, and running to catch a ball, but other than that...it's a lot of sitting, power moves, and long delay sprints. That's not going to get you ripped.
Long hours in the gym. Long hours of cardio. Long hours of working on a proper diet. That's about the only way.

you need to decrease your bf% before your abs come sneaking up. i've got a 4 pack, but i'm still cutting.

Like others said, if you just eat whatever you want, and play some cricket, your never going to see a six pack, plain and simple. At your age, i'd take it easy on the weights for a while. If your going to weight train, make it light weight and high reps,your still growing so its not good to be putting tons of stress on your body with heavy weight. Until you clean up your diet, and start exercising regularly, then don't expect to see a six pack...

Just focus on slowly recomping for now. Try to add muscle, lift hard, eat right. Do it right and slowly over a year or two(or three) you wil transform yourself.

my mum wont let me go on diet she says i may end up not eating the stuff i need
as for weights i do them 4 times a week also i hate running bcoz it gives me very bad knee pain! so @ cricket i just hit shots and hardly ever run

Just eat way more stuff like chicken breast, brocolli, oats, etc.
Eat really healthy, you don't have to "diet".

abs are made in the kitchen. eat clean and train. you can do situps till you puke, but if all your eating is Pop Tarts and soda, you will never have a six-pack.
