jogging at midnight?
does anyone jog at 12-am or later? is it weird or bad if i do this because i'm going to sleep right after. i'm usually busy during the day and have no time to go jogging, which is why i'm thinking about doing it at midnight after i finish with everything. any feedback on whether i should or shouldn't do this is appreciated. thanks

i usually have to wake up around 7am-8am, depending whether it's a weekday or weekend. you're probably about to suggest go jog in the morning(i've tried), but if i don't sleep straight through the hours i'm supposed to, i'm usually really clueless and tired throughout the rest of the day. also, ii usually don't get home from work until 11:30ish

Check this out: http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/200...n-early-riser/
In the end, if you force your body to wake up early, it will adapt to waking up so early.

Night runs are fine.
Though me personally, I need to watch out for guys yelling **** from their cars and dogs that turn hostile when they see me.

Make sure you wear something visible.
The next guy I see wearing all black at 2AM when I'm driving home...well.

I used to run late in the evening. Loved it. Nothing like waking up super dry and ripped...the late night run will give you this effect to the n'th degree.
