Training a girl tommorrow
This pretty cute girl who is on the light side wants me to train her at the school gym tommorrow. Anyone have any advice on how I should go about it
Dont know much how a female should lift so any help would be appreciated

Train her similar to the way you would train a male, but using more isolations than compounds; and using higher reps instead of low (around 8-12). Also keep the pace up, as toning is more than likely a goal of hers... explain to her that weight training won't make her bulky, it will just build "lean body mass" that will help raise her "caloric maintenance level" hence making her more toned. Simple
Although I say stay away from compounds I always make my female clients do SLDL's and Squats. Legs are the exception (that, and those are fun exercises to spot/watch)

Since its a school gym, i recommend you just do lunges, squats, bench, and curls (with dumbells) Squats are suppose to make a girls butt look bigger (so the girls at my gym and class say) lots of girls use to do squats...its like bench for us guys. If you can, throw some cardio in... girls just want to keep in shape not bulk. And about getting that hard on... yeah i don't recommend you do that.

lol just do some excercises that make her feel tough, like bicep curls and bench press, I wouldn't do squats, she probably isn't looking for a hard workout. keep it light and fluffy so she has a good time!

I'm gonna guess she just wants the alone time. just give her a tour of the gym and explain things. make sure to start with squats or deadlifts because that'll get your answer if she "wants a spotter".

Train her like you would train yourself. Most of what I've read is guy trainers giving girls a hard time because they think they'll get bulk from doing big lifts.
