A lot of talk around Fat Burners..

I guess everyone wants to lower thier bodyfat and focus on cutting down cycles. That's always a good thing.

I've never taken a fat burner before however during my recent bulking cycle I did notice a gain in my bodyfat % of 4-5.
(Some of this could be due to excess water due to creatine and rest is just fat I guess.)

I have my Diet + Exercise + Sleep and Cardio in check

There are also lot of questions on board around lot of different fat burners and lean extremes. Just curious on whether or not they really work? I'm not looking for a magic bullet.. Just looking to get back to 9-10% bodyfat maintaining my current weight progress.

I've got MAN SCORCH and Designerlabs: Lean Extreme handed to me from a good friend of mine to try out. Any experience with either one of these products that people have to share? I guess SCORCH seems to be pretty famous around here.

P.S. Just found Log of Scorch looks like great info

Depends what you are after..
Some options to look into:

Stimulants: Scorch, Basic Cuts, dialene 4, cytolean
Caffeine Free: DCP, Red acid v2, Melting Point, Sesamin
Thyroid: Thyrotabs, Dicana

Scorch has recieved great reviews here, that would be a good choice to start with, just be careful if you are taking other caffeinated substances throughout the day - coffee, pre-workout products etc and assess your tolerance.

i've used both and liked both of them but here's a question for you what type of fat did you put on during your bulk? was it wat the giggly type or brown fat the harder type on your belly?

scorch could be taken any time during a cut but lean extreme from my experiance and theory seems to be better tword the end.

see cortisol is our freind and our enemy when on a cut the body will tend to burn bat first and inturn cortisol will move wat to bat thats why we tend to loose wheight first in our arms and legs and stomach last if we utilize a cort blocker toward the end of our cut v.s the begining we can avoid hitting any wall in our fat loss.

During my bulk.. I've put on 4% bodyfat approximately.. Mostly my lower back and some around my stomach.. waist size going from 31 to 32 which is 1 inch of a diff.
I always had flat abs and I guess that's what I end up hating the most ..
