arimidex or not ?

Hello. just started a 12 week cycle of test cypionate week 1 300 mg then il probabley bump it up to 400 mg for rest of cycle however im a little bit panoid about getting gyno i have some arimidex that just came to help deal with the bloat/gyno i also have my nolvadex on hand but should i add the arimidex straight away or just throw it in if needed as ive read that it could hamper your gains that youd make. i also done a cycle of winny going back last year and my nips felt kinda warm not itchy but it didnt manifest its self as anything more im 3 days in from my first shot of test cyp and got that hot feeling in them again is this my body just getting used to the different things going on or is something like gyno on way.

If you dont mind some bloat use Adex only if needed. The test dosage you 're taking is not that high.
