Maybe take a break and see if it helps at all? I don't really know what else you could do besides for keeping your same routine and attempt to overcome your deficit.

Eat some more bananas for their potassium. Always been told those are the best to help stop/reduce cramping. More water always helps out the best as well. Start with a good stretch, a warm up walking lap then just slowly increase the speed.

What kind of shoes are you wearing? Maybe time for some new ones if your legs are getting tired before you are.
Not sure what brands they have in your country but look for some that are lightweight, mesh pretty much covering the whole shoe. Also the heel should have some pretty thick cushioning, about an inch atleast, and you shouldn't be able to push it in with your hands if it is to support your body weight. Don't by the ones with air pockets or springs or all that gay stuff, the gel stuff in Asics are good though. (yes placed in organized street races for 3 years)

hey guys just a follow up on this, my running is back 2 normal now and even better....
i think it was the course i was running, the entire first half was up-hill, not a huge incline, but still, and i think that's what was a) preventing me from increasing my running distance/speed and b) making my legs sore before my cardio.
now im running a new course that is just one way instead of a loop like before. its 5km and ran it 2 days ago in 30mins and just now i ran it in 24min50seconds and it wasnt that hard for me to do. im looking to increase the distance by 1km each week running it 3times a week for training for the city2surf (14km) in a few months. so yer, wish me luck and thanks for the input thus far guys.

What worked for me was run two days, 5-7km, ride a bike ofr 1.5-2 hours outside on roads and trails not in the gym, and repeat run 2 days and then bike
I was able to increase my distances to 10-14 km in about a month
