Safety First?

Should i workout my traps since i sprained them 2 weeks ago, and aggravated it a week ago again while doing shoulder presses? they don't hurt anymore, so should i just do deadlifts instead of deadlifts and barbell rows, or not do anything all together. if so should i also not do military presses, because i might sprain my trap again? plz someone help because i want to workout my back badly, but i also don't want to screw it up too.

if its injured dont. Use common sense if you hurt yourself more then you could live with an even worse injury the rest of your life. Ask your doctor, start light and start small if he clears you.
