haven't been on it that long but heres a short review of how its working so far for those who are wanting to pick this up (now remember though, everyones different so it might be good or bad for you, who knows?)
first I'll get into the taste since many of you seem to want something that doesn't make you want to puke your guts out
the taste is very good, not super sweet good, but good enough to chug the whole thing down before a workout imo. The flavor I got is warrior melon and it does have a melon taste to it, while its not as good (imo) as the gatorade melon flavor, its still nice enough to where you won't be afraid to drink it
Taste: 8/10
now for the good part, the effectiveness: first few days on it were pretty bad, I had no energy/pumps ANYTHING at all! The last day was alright but still nothing great. Thing is I took it with some food and it says to take on an EMPTY stomach 30-40 minutes prior to a workout, so today I'm doing that, going to eat and then wait 30 minutes or so and THEN take it and then wait another 30 minutes and finally workout

hopefully it'll be better
if not, I'm going to have to say its another "do nothing" supplement that wasted my hard earned money (no x plode etc.) sorry guys

so lets hope todays workout goes better
I'd have to say superpump250 blue raspberry worked awfully well compared to this but I haven't been taking this for too long so I'll be fair to the mill. guys and give it a little while longer before the final verdict comes in
so far, effectiveness gets a 5/10
