you have to try this granola!!!
10 cups quick oats
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup green pumpkin seeds
1 cup flaked unsweetend coconut
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup nuts (walnuts, hazlenut, almonds, or combo)
1 tsp cinnamon
Combine all well in large bowl, spread on 2 cookie sheets, bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Let cool, then put in a large tuppaware bowl and stir in:
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup dried cranberries.
It will keep in fridge for a few months. You can eat it hot with water, like oatmeal (heat in microwave 1 1/2 minutes) or cold with milk.
