id just Do a Cheat Meal Whenever you are Feeling the Urge to Binge. (Within Reason) Have a Little More Oatmeal or More Chicken in That Meal. I Like to Have Healthy Cheat Meals. (Moreover Healthy) Just Bigger Healthy Food Portions!!

If your talking about the battered ones you get at the bar, then you might as well just deep fry some chicken and throw it on top of a donut
:P

Just use boneless, skinnless wings and put some bbq sauce or tabasco type sauce on them.
If you're talking about fried chicken wings....i just never like the thought of that crap in my body, but again, my opinion. I don't think once a month would hurt you.

i do my chicken wings on the bbq...tastes better than fried, and much healthier. still, you can't beat skinless chicken breast for a healthy diet

Actually, chicken wings are white meat which is lower in cholestorol than dark meat.
Frying them isn't good of course. I would recommend getting the drumettes (no joint section with a lot of skin) and grilling them until most of the skin fat drips off. Then use a fat-free sauce. Doesn't get any better with a few heineken's

I agree with the BBQ idea. Once in a while I'll pick up a pack of wings from the supermarket and throw them on the BBQ. Once you figure in drinks and gas money, it's usually no more expensive than going out, plus you aren't eating all the fried junk. Plus you don't have to deal with all the smoke and noise at pubs.
