Help with a workout routine..

my body type. Im 6'3" 183 pounds. I work construction as a sprinkler fitter and am pretty tired at the end of the day I feel like i havent been getting the best out of workouts. Last year this time i started Ripptoes and I was able to bulk up to 215 from where Im at now. The winter came and I slacked off quit a bit and felt like I wasnt getting the best outta my routines and got bored with the program. I need something new and am open to suggestions. Ive decided on trying morning workouts I hear some good things about them and I wont be so tired like I was when working out after my job.

First I'd like help with a 3 day routine pref. Monday, Wed, and Friday. Ill be able to workout for 45 min in the mornings.

I also need help with my meals normally I have oatmeal in the morning( i used to eat alot more when on Ripptoes and took my normal fish oil, multi which i plan on doing again) I want to use a NO product such as NO Shotgun but am worried it will be to close to my morning breakfast.

AT 4:30 am ill have multi, fish oil, oatmeal, 2 egg whites, and some sort of juice usually orange. I leave 20 min later which is when Id like to take my NO Shotgun is that to close to breakfast tho? By 5 to 5:15 ill be at the gym working out. I have to be finished by 6 to make it to work at 7. After the gym I will drink ON Whey 2 scoops on the way to work.

AT 9 oclock I get a coffee break which right now have been taking half a grape fruit, yogurt and granola bar. I can pretty much pack whatever as long as its cold for coffee break and lunch so what is recommended here?
Im looking forwward to starting my morning workouts and getting in my new routine and am pretty excited. I know I will have good gains as I did this time last year on Ripptoes thankfully with your guys help! I just want to stay there
My goals are to be 210 and pretty well cut.
