When it comes to wings, i would stay away, very far away. However there are excetions, they are if:
your on KETO
your a hardgainer (not for clean bulking)
your having a cheat meal
Pizza on the other hand can be a cheat meal, but it can also be a normal healthy meal,
if you use thin crust, whole wheat dough. Grilled Chicken, Fat Free Cheese, Some nice salsa or tomato sauce, lots of veggies and I would say thats a damn healthy meal.
