buffalo wings

when it comes to bodybuilding and your general health how bad are buffalo wings for you??? i know they are really fatty etc....and how about pizza?

When it comes to wings, i would stay away, very far away. However there are excetions, they are if:

your on KETO
your a hardgainer (not for clean bulking)
your having a cheat meal

Pizza on the other hand can be a cheat meal, but it can also be a normal healthy meal,
if you use thin crust, whole wheat dough. Grilled Chicken, Fat Free Cheese, Some nice salsa or tomato sauce, lots of veggies and I would say thats a damn healthy meal.

do you know what the ingredients of buffulo wings are?

The sauce mostly consist of butter or margarine, then you have the skin of the chicken wings (sat. fat), and dark meat chicken. Terrible choice for anything but a cheat meal or bulking as Dedicatedforlif indicated.

i don't eat them that much but i seem to only do so when i do bulk or a cheat meal.

the wings we make at work are rotisserie sytle "no bread!" the hot wing sauce is mixed with some tomato sauce and butter but not much!

the buffalo sauce we make has ZERO carbs and even tho we do use tamato sauce and butter it is not as bad as people think plus you get extra fiber from the tomato sauce

or if you want to play it safe stick with plain rotisserie style wings with some Maryland Old Bay Seasoning
or red pepper

If their deepfryer is at the right temp grease is kept to a minimum or you could cook them in the oven

just becuase our wings are not too bad does not mean others are the same Ive seen so many changes in wings from breading them to soking them in butter before putting on spices
