what to do? (SERIOUS)

alright listen up guys (and the 3 girls that post here). i have no idea how to handle this situation. i consider myself an open person but i have no idea how to address this issue.

it seems like i've got a thing for my housemate (yes she is a girl). thinking back, i probably always had a little thing for her because she is a redhead. anyway, what the **** do i do? right now i'm kinda avoiding her for the reason that what i can't see can't make me get oneitis. plus i think she has got a thing for another housemate but not too sure.

anyway it's not like she has been flirting with me. True, we all get drunk together and I usually behave like myself (ie. an ass) to try to stand out, lol.

so what do you guys recommend? just leave it alone, barricade myself for a week or two (easily possible right now. got 3 2000 word research papers due and exam prep) and see if that helps or behave like nothing is wrong and see if it passes (possibly getting upset when i see her hook up with someone). i mean this could potentially end in disaster if i make a move on my housemate and she's like "what the **** are you doing?". i think we're having another house party soon so maybe try to hook up with her when we are both trashed or what?

so, what to do?

yeh but she is a housemate. believe me, i'd put on my "awesome suit" and try to get with her but my concern is that if i fail, i'll have to live with this person... and that could get really really awkward!

dont fck a housemate, just look for other girls, it will be uncomfortable of it turns sour or whatever, imagine seeing her everyday and you two are avoding each other

mind you a lot of that also has to do with the fact that i'm not sure how she feels about the other guy. ah well. thanks for the advice fellas

When you get drunk together what is to stop you from just dragging her off to your room and ****ing wildly? A girl being drunk in your house/room is a green light.
