El Pollo Loco?

What do you guys think of El Pollo Loco's chicken/tortilla or vegetables? This probably doesn't apply to everyone because many of you may not live by an El Pollo Loco or know what it is... But it's a fast food Mexican grill restraunt.

A while back, when I was actually eating better, I used to eat a grilled chicken leg, thigh, and an order of flower tortillas after martial arts every day. Or sometimes during other parts of the day.


I always thought it was pretty good cuz my family hardly has time to make meals and usually fast-food is bad... But If you go to their site, you can see that:

The thigh is 215 calories, 21 g protein, 14 g fat

Leg is 81 calories, 12 g protein, 4 g fat

and these numbers are WITH skin. You can order skinless if desired.

an order of flower tortillas 181 cal, 6 g fat, 26 g carbohydrates...

Obviously the veggies are only 37 calories

Not saying this is THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD, but would you say this is acceptable (give or take the tortillas) for someone wanting to improve their body? Thanks.
