how to eat a whole lot
i do understand bodybuilding for mass isnt all about how much you can eat in one meal, but here are some tips to fit in extra food for extra size...
these tips are from Takeru Kobayashi, the worlds greatest eater
start with carbohydrates, then proteins, then fatty or oily foods. carbs digest the fastest. fats and oils slow your stomach down, so save them until the very end. as you become more full, it becomes harder to eat obviously, so then you go to your more liquidy foods. the solid foods stack up haphazardly in your stomach, so liquidy foods will fill the gaps in between them...
