Looks really good. Cottage cheese is a great protein before bed, but the eggwhites are fine if you consume fat also.

Thanks. I know cottage cheese is great before bed, but I'm avoiding dairy as much as possible in this diet. Any other opinions?

IIRC meats are slightly more slow-digesting than egg whites..so if you can add in meat for the pre-bed meal (??) with some fats, that'd be fine.


How does 3900 calories work for you?? I'm bulking @ 3100, but I weight like 25 lbs more. Are you big-time ectomorphic?

Well, I'm training for a triathalon right now so I'm lifting 3 days a week and doing cardio 5 days a week. I have no idea if that's the right amount of calories for me, I just threw out a big ass number and decided to go with it. I will let you know how it's working in a couple of weeks. Btw, the rice-milk and FiberOne cereal is very tasty. So is the ezekiel bread, I love the stuff.

I haven't eaten dairy in the past 3 days and my skin is already starting to clear up.
