Lipo 6 vs Jet Fuel? Would either of these work for me?

I don't know a whole lot about thermogenics so bear with me. Basically, I've been watching what I eat, cardio, and working out, but i still have that pesky layer of fat over my abs that is going away veryyyyy slowwwwlly. Would either of these 2 sups help me get rid of that?

I would not recommend either at the age of 17. I commend you for concentrating on diet and exercise first, but it seems like you need to target that even more. "watching what you eat" may not be enough. Go to the nutrition section and you could learn a lot about a great diet.

hey man great start with the diet and working out....but like hawk said above, it is probably in your best interest at your age to stay away from lipo or jet fuel.

You said you're working out, are you making sure to do the compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench, pull-ups, dips, shoulder press) hard and heavy? I've always been thin but I didn't start tightening up until I started to really get into these exercises properly.

Probably best for ya to get a lot deeper into both the nutrition section and exercise section before trying out intensive stimulant supplements at your age.

Good luck.
