Ok...my question is when you have a fairly intense workout and your muscles are fatigued or tired a few days afterwards....does this mean they are not ready to be worked yet?
For example say I do chest on Wednesday and it really blasts my triceps, and my arm workout is on Friday but I can still feel a "little" fatigue in the muscle. Is this something I can get away with because the triceps were only worked secondarily from chest? This fatigue dosnt even typically happen...I went a week without hitting triceps at all so they wernt used to it.
The thing is I used to do:
Mon:Back
Tue:Chest
Wed: REST
Thu:Shoulders
Fri: arms
So it never was a problem but now I work 4 on 4 off so I have to do those 4 things on my 4 days off without a break in between.Anywho tell me what u think.

protein synthesis is complete after 2-3 days I believe. So in your case you should be fine. Although imo, you might as well do tri's with but after chest, bi's with but after back, since you're hitting them anyways. If you feel sore it's probably because you're a big sissy
