Okay, here is my second shot at a bulk

alright, i have posted this once and i got good feed back, i was wondering how it looks at this point??

I would add some slow digesting protein to Meal #6. Whey digests too quickly, and it tends to be best PostWO. Before bed you want a slow digesting protein because you are about to sleep for 7-8 hours. You could try mixing some whey with milk, or buy some casein protein powder, or try the good ol' cottage cheese standard.

My Pre-Bed Meal is:

1cup FF Cottage Cheese
2tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
1tbsp Flax Oil

Also, not sure about your body type, but I am 5'11'' 170lbs and I have to eat 3100 to gain. You might need to up the calories for a bulk.

yeah i would definately say gotta add at least half cup of cottage cheese to your last meal..

also if trying to bulk just go with whole milk instead of skim..

also maybe in one of your meals cut out some scoops of whey and add a small steak or can of tuna instead.
