17 Years old Progress Pic @ 155LB Bulk.
Currently at 155LB... Working to get to atleast 165-170 by end of summer! Im 5'8
Before @ 147
Now 153-155LB
I want to compete in powerlifting when i get to the 170 mark. Im doing Billstar 5x5
I have been working out for about year 1/2 ... Took this year really serious. Did MaxOT for 12 weeks, didnt do that much. Finally started doing 5x5 and the gains have been improving every week!

Hey good starter! Keep it up and definitely stay away from junkfood, as tempting as it may be at your age now. Workout hard, eat much, and sleep well
