Max Your Gains While Doing This... Zzzz
SORRY TO SAY BUT IF U CANT BE POLITE PLEASE LEAVE. ---- YES YOUNG-GUN1
As If You Herd The Phrase MUSCLES ARE BUILT WHEN YOU SLEEP.
Follow this...
when you workout you tear the muscles apart and when you sleep they are repaired stronger and bigger.
NOTE:
1. workout hard and think that your lifting hard and tearing those muscles.
2. put your body flushed with protein all the time.
3. before you sleep drink a protein shake.
4. go to sleep (while you sleep for EX- you worked out chest today and you are going to sleep make sure you dont put any preassure on the chest. like sleeping over on the chest or sleeping sideways ect... will discourage your muscles to grow... so sleep like the way you dont put preassure on the chest. because the muscles are getting bigger and you are putting preassure so it will grow but not as it suppose to... ) i think you got the point this is for every body part.

It all sounds pretty good except number 4. I've never heard of not sleeping on the bodypart that you just trained before.

no man i did not copied. its not about worring i just do what you normally do i tried this for a month now and iv gained some size in my chest iv never slept on my chest NEVER... before the monthe before i started this.

For number 3. Most people would say you should have some fats and casein protein before you sleep. Example: Cottage cheese and peanut butter (what I do). If you do have a protein shake before bed it would be a good idea to have it with milk, not water.

protein shake would only last you for 2 hours max.
drink caesin protein shake or eat cottage cheese with fat, to slow it down even more.

A casein shake or cottage cheese would be more better at night since it has casein in it which is slowly digested which is good for before bed  .

#4 is bull. if your have the nutrients, and unless your blood flow is cut off, (that doesnt even happen in the chest anyways.. you know.. the tingling sensation), your muscles will heal
