Best PWO shake? Why not a fruity cocktail!

For all the libation-imbibing bodybuilders out there, the time has come to rejoice! According to this Reuters article, certain alcoholic beverages may be healthy after all! But before you run out and buy that handle of scotch, take note - it's only the so-called "girly drinks" that are claimed to have health benefits - but weren't most of us looking for an excuse to drink them without feeling less manly anyway?

Of course, what the article fails to mention are all the negative effects of consuming alcohol in general. Typical media propoganda. Reuters probably has some clandestine deal with the major alcohol distributors.

Not to mention alcohol helps your heart.

Btw the negative effects far out way the positive. This is just alcoholics looking for an excuse to drink

Btw Red wine is the best for health benefits IMO
