I Just made Double Chocolate Whey Shake..............
for the second time ever, and its STILL watery, XD
is that normal for protein shakes? 0_O or should i be using less water or maybe adding some fruit/ice?
i came in with high expectations xD

No, You should not be cutting. for 2 reasons
1. your 14....
2. Your 5'9 and 139 you have nothing to cut to!
Bulk up man so when you do cut you actually have muscle to cut down to.

xD id like to bulk, but i have an very annoying "extra" layer in my core-area.
The thing is my kind of cutting in a way isnt cutting. i stick to the 6 meal rule, but at dinner i kind of eat till i cant move, so no matter how much iv worked to eat healthier during the day, 8:00 pm large dinner=crap ;/ i

Dude, your 14, use milk, you will be fine. Worry about that BS when you get 30 or so.

Dude your 14 you dont need a shredded stomach right now. BULK! just eat what ever you want and then when you get muscle cut the fat. Why are you going to cut only to start a bulk right after? Bulk now, then cut.
