How this diet look.

Hey Im trying to lose some weight. Im 218lbs would like to be around 200-205 by mid summer. How this diet look. I got some of it from muscle fitness.

Meal 1: 4egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 c oatmeal w/1c milk
2 slices turkey bacon

Meal 2: Whole Wheat English Muffin
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 scoop Protein (20g)

Meal 3: 4 oz Turkey Breast on ww toast
1/2c cottage cheese and yogurt

Preworkout
Meal 4: 1 scoop Protein (20g)
No-Xplode

Postworkout:
Meal 5: Tuna Sandwich on White Bread
Cell-Mass w/ gatorade

Meal 6: I mix my dinners up alittle I will either have:
Chicken Breast
Salmon
Lean Ground Beef
Turkey Burger
with that i will have a salad with light Italian Dressing, And a veggie

Before Bed
Meal 7: Almonds
Cottage Cheese and Yogurt

Fruits and vegetables are overrated. I could eat nothing but oats, skinless chicken breasts, and olive oil, pop some multivitamins, and be as healthy as someone who eats lots of fruits and vegetables.

Not true, vitamins found in veggies arre always preferable to a pill.
