Cutting Diet REPS GARENTEED ON FEEBACK
Cutting Routine
(380) Breafest: 2 eggs . 3 Cups of Skim Milk OROROR 1 Toast PnB n JAM and 3 Cups of Milk (480)
(370) Lunch: Sandwhich Whole Weet 2 turkey Slice w/ two cheeese slice and lettuce and Tomatoes and Bottle of water
(125) 2:00: Apple
(450) 3:30:Protein Shake: 1 banana w/ 22.5 g protein . 3 cups of milk / ice cubes
(220) 6:00: Oatmeal and can of tuna
(350) 8:30 protein Shake and 2 cups of milk ice cubes
(480) 10:00 400 g of shrimp (92 Grams of protein) OROROR Three Fish Slices (450 cals) or CHicken Breast and Veges and SOME COTTAGE CHEESE
Monday: Chest,Back,traps,Abs
Tuesday: 30-45 minutes Cardio
Wednsday: Soccer,ABs
Thursday: Biceps, Triceps Calves
Friday: Off
Saturday:Shoulders legs ABS
Sunday:30-45 minutes Cardio

instead of the eggs, go with egg whites. They are high in protein and low in cals. Also I suggest you cut out some of the milk. You have 10 cups of milk throughout the day. Replace it with water as milk=cals and has some sugar in it as well. Try and get most of your carbs in earlier in the day, that way you burn them throughout the day. Try not eating so late at night either. 10 isnt that bad if you go to sleep at like 2 am

You can eat at 10, just wait about an hour before you go to sleep. You should eat a good meal before you go to sleep to help preserve muscle. Stick with slow digesting protein and healthy fat for this meal though, such as cottage cheese+peanut butter.

i herd u cant eat 2 hours before bet but i need food at nite or i cheat and i like milk but yea i see ur point

3 cups milk for breakfast?
You need to ditch the 3 cups of milk as i believe that is slow digesting. In the morning you want fast absorbing protein eggs, whey and some complex carbs. If you are looking to stay in the 400 cal range go with 1c oats and scoop whey, roughly 54g carbs, 25g protein, if you want to add more protein add some egg whites
