ZZZZZzzz....
So i'm not new to working out or anything but lately i've been finding myself sooo tired.
In the past i worked out an average of 4-5days/wk for about 1.5hrs/day. Recently, i got my wisdom teeth pulled and school got pretty tough so i took about 2weeks off from the gym and i gradually started incorporating cardio 4x's a week whenever i had time. Now that i've fully recovered and my semester is almost over i've been able to dedicate more time. For the past 2 weeks i've been jogging/walking for about 30-45mins 4-5x's a week and incorporating strength training at the gym for about 1hr- 3x's/wk. Since i've been doing this i've been finding myself hungrier and much more tired. lol
I yearn for a nap at about 2pm everyday. I'm getting my 8hrs but i'm still exhausted at the same time everyday.
Can anyone relate to my problem/give advice??----better yet---does anyone have an explaination???---or even better--- a solution??
