I Broke Downn!!!
Well after 4 weeks of cutting i lost about 20lbs. Last night i broke down for the first time and binged pretty bad having about 2 balance bars, 2 granola bars, 1 breakfast oatmeal square, cookies, etc. It was bad, this morning was pretty bad too i had a goooood amount of chocalate from easter.
Monday i am starting to clean bulk again, because i cant stand girls/guys saying to me wow your really skinny. Especially after i kept all of my strength, losing 5 lbs max on lifts.
I cant wait to start bulking againg, that means grilled chicken,cheese,lettuce,tomatoe on a wheat wrap about 4 times a day!! Throw in grilled chicken and rice or baked potatoes as well some days and mayb grilled chicken salad.
Im pumped for the bulk but am dissappointed i broke down after 4 weeks of the dieting
