Great Recipes.........what is your current diet plan???

What does everyone eat? I dont know about you all, but I am SICK AND TIRED of chicken and rice! lol.....heres' what I at yesterday...

4 eggs and 2 bratwursts

1 scoop of Gnc weight gainer + 2 scoops of pro-complex

1/2 cup rice, 3 eggs, 1 chicken breast (with a few Tbs of terryaki sauce)

1 scoop of Gnc weight gainer + 2 scoops of pro-complex

I try to down 3 shakes and 3 solid meals everyday....i switch up my "solid" meals every week...this week it was 1/2 cup rice, 3 eggs, 1 chicken breast (with a few Tbs of terryaki sauce).....next week ill prob eat the same thing but switch the chicken with turkey...and then wrap it in a tortilla....I am VERY strict in this diet and it works really well for me....it'll put a lot of mass on me along with a little fat :-/
