Been off for a week, restarting...
I've been off for a week on holiday but now, once my jetlag is gone, I'm getting back to lifting (obviously :P) anyway, I've just realised that this has been the first break I've taken for a long time, so should I just carry on as I normally would or would now be a beneficial time to do anything differently (shock the body back into extra growth?) - not necessarily changing my whole program, but just shaking things up a bit for the first week or so?
Do you guys do anything different when you start again after a short break? Do you generally find you are lifting better or a little worse than before? Thanks
I can't wait to get back to the gym, and it's only been a week, lol.
