Hello all,
Just wanted to say hello to all and post my current workout routine on here to gather opinions on it. Since I'm new here I'll give a little background of myself and my goal: I'm 31yo and about 5'5"(5'6" on a good day

hehe) weigh about 160lbs w/ 15% body fat. I've worked out since about 98 but not to heavily till now as I've been mostly in Muay Thai/MMA(for those who know it's a workout!). About 6mths ago I had eye surgery due to the sport which took me out of MMA permanently. Since I can no longer practice I've gotten into lifting and set a goal of for myself to be 155lbs and 5-8% body fat. I travel for work a lot so i'm only in the gym about 3 days a week, 1 day playing tennis, 1 day kicking the pads only with my bro.
My program:
3x/week
Sunday:
Run Intervals for 30 mins (Max Heartrate: 160-165bpm)
Upper Body Compound Exercises performed as Supersets:Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps 3 sets x10 increments of 10lbs
Abs superset: weighted crunches, flutter kicks, russian twists
Tuesday:
Run Intervals for 30 min (same as above)
Lower Body: Alternate Squats, Lunges, or Leg Presses 3sets x10 increments of 10lbs
Abs superset: same as above
Thursday:
Run Intervals for 30 mins: Same as above
Upper Body: Same as above
Abs: Same as above
Supplements:
NO-Xplode (switching to Xpand soon)
Lean Dessert
Thermonex
