Which test boosters?
Im 19 and looking for a way to boost my gains. I have a very strict diet. Only healthy carbs, and tons of protein every 2-3 hours. Im not exactly sure how many grams of each i eat a day, but I know my protein intake is more then my muscle mass. I weigh 158, and i can bench over 200 no problem. So i am in decent shape. However its getting harder and harder to see any gains in my strength and size, however i keep losing body fat, due to the fact that I now eat ALOT of healthy food, as opposed to just eating whatever I can get my hands on. If I take BCAA, Whey, vitamins, and flax seed oil already, Whats the next step in supplementing? I spend a TON on food and **** all ready, but i think i can buget one more supplement a month haha. What would be the most effective method of putting on more slabs of muscle? I know almost nothing about Test boosters. And I know alittle about creatine because i used to take it, but back then I was under the misconception that creatine and working out were the only 2 things i needed.
Any recommendations? Or is it just impossible to gain muscle while losing fat?
What types of legal cycles is everyone else on? and how are they working for you?
