Rate My Meals For Today !!
Background:
Male, 19, 6" tall, 243 pounds
Body Type: Always big to begin with
Goal: Weight loss (#1 priority) then building muscle (#2 priority)
Cardio: 40 mins x 3 days AND 60 mins x 3 other days = 6x/week in total
Lifting: Triceps, Chest, Biceps, Abs and others minimally, like legs (3-4/week)
Started: 2 weeks ago
TODAY WAS MY OFF DAY:
Morning:
1 slice whole wheat sandwich bread
1/2 tuna can sandwich w/ light mayo
4 mini crunchy pickles @ 1 cal/each
Diet Pepsi (I know...not that good)
3 hours later:
1 slice whole wheat sandwich bread
1/2 tuna can sandwich w/ light mayo
4 mini crunchy pickles @ 1 cal/each
Crystal Light @ 5cal
2-3 hours later:
Handful of grapes
1/2 (of large) red fresh pepper
Crystal Light @ 5cal (i was on a roll!)
3-4 hours later:
Salad:
-Spring mix
-1 chicken breast
-5 cherry tomatoes
-1/2 fresh red pepper, chopped
-4 babby carrots, chopped
-10 crousands (sp?) 'light' @ 45 cal max
-new "spray" dressing @ max 50 cal
Dinner:
5-6 strawberries
handful of grapes
1/4 fresh red pepper
4 baby carrots
2 thin slices of chicken breast deli type @ 35 cal total [edit-forgot about this]
Crystal Light @ 5cal (ok i really usually dont drinnk this much of this stuff)
ANY OPINIONS?

I would like to apologize to all members for my BS messages posted in the past. I was an immature, dumb high school kid and have learned better ways since then. Sure, I could create a new account under a completely new username, but I'm going to try to re-build myself, if that's even possible with all this red.
