spit came out on 1st day of my gym help a noob :(
friends i went on gym with lot of exitement last day, that was quite powerful hands cause 1st day. I dont know right names of sets so try to gues what i m trying to say. my workout was:-
10 chining, 2 times.
front pully for wings 3 sets with 24 kg.
back pully for wings 3 sets with 24 kg.
straight pully for chest 3 sets with 24 kg. ( i was feeling little lose motion here)
bench press 3 sets with 24 kg. and i quit after it cause i spit was on its way. i had lot of power for more work out but finally spit came out on the counter of gym. that was sad please help me to cure this.
about me:-
60 kg , 5-9. age- 19.
it has been a year when i walked a kilometer long

I'm confused, spit came out? You mean you accidentally spit on the counter whilst talking?
You can't really do anything about that apart from say sorry and forget it. What's that got to do with working out anyway?

It sounds silly but practice talking to yourself calmly and slowly and you'll get confident. It helped me when I wasnt about to speak in sentences.

FYI, your typing skills leave much to be desired. Here's a crazy idea, one that I picked up on immediately, english is not this guys first language. How about a little patience, and try to help the guy out.
"spit" is vomit to him, he is probably using a translation website, which do not get words exact.

Quoted to help translate. Friends, I went to the gym very excited yesterday, I was nervous, since it was my first time. I don't know the correct names of the exercises, but you can probably figure out what I am talking about. (Obviously this is where alot of you got lost). My workout was:
2 X 10, Chinups
Lat Pulldowns to Front. 3 sets with 50lbs
Lat Pulldowns to Back. 3 sets with 50lbs
Cable Chest Pull (???Maybe Cable Fly's) 3 Sets with 50lbs.
Bench Press. 3 sets with 50lbs.
After the bench press, I had to quit, as I started feeling nauseous. I feel like I could have lifted more, but I threw up on the counter at my gym. That was embarassing, please help me cure this.
About Me:
132lbs, 5'9", 19y/o
It has been a year since I walked a kilometer.
Now that it is in english (for the intellectually challenged), maybe you guys can offer more help...instead of just negging him for not being able to write "your" language. Have a little, not alot....just a little, CLASS and PATIENCE.

How long before you went to the gym did you eat or drink something?
Try not to eat or drink anything for 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to lifting (it depends on you). Some people get nauseous and vomit after a hard workout (especially their first one) if they eat or drink something too heavy.
Next time try just a protein shake 30 minutes before you go and lift.
Don't worry about it, a lot of people throw up during workout, especially on squat days or when they do a lot of cardio on a full stomach

i rekon we should teach him bad english, like teach him that leg extension is abbreviated for penis extension so he goes around his gym asking people if they will spot him while he goes on the penis extension.
