Is this too much? Your opions

Hey guys

Just wondering what u think of this and if its too much to sustain
So ideally looking at 6 cardio sessions per week and 4 weight sessions with 1 session from each being light.

Mon Morning 6am - Cardio 1 hour
Mon Night 6pm - Weights
Tuesday 6am - cardio 1 hour 20
Tuesday night - Nothing - walk/light jog
Wednesday - 6am Cardio 1 hour
Wednesday 6pm Weights
Thursday 6am Cardio 1 hour 20mins
Thursday night - same as tuesday
Friday 6am Cardio 40 min
Friday 6pm Weights
Sat - Mix cardio / light weight session
Sunday - Fun

So basically just looking at something along those lines for my workout just wondering who here has had a similar workout timetable and has it worked? or am i aiming for too much opions appreicated.

Cheers brent

That is a lot to be doing. If you're sure that you are recovering completely every week then I guess it'll be ok, but make sure you are recovering so that you don't end up in an overtrained state.

Yeah i dont want to end up in a state like that i have done it before not quite so intense but close.

My job at the moment is basically sitting down all day ao im really looking at getting dedicted to a strcit workout system to stay in shape im already slipping away since working this job

Guess im trying to train myself into working hard so i stick to it and not start just doing a few days here and there and get into a relaxed enviroment where i cant be bothered doing anymore exercise cause i already think its enough.

You can still keep an exact schedule with less trips to the gym. If you're worried about getting iffy on going then just make sure you go every day with a day of rest.
