Dont konw wat to do. BULK OR CUT?
well guys about a month ago i decided to start my cutting diet. Did it sucessfully, went from 220 to about 200, i am 6'3" by the way.
My bench is about 240
My Squat is about 240 (yea yea i konw its reallly really low)
My deadlift is about 350
I did cardio 5 times a week for about half hour each day as well as lifting for one to two hours a day. I took Wednesday's off.
My diet consisted of Grilled Chicken and brown Rice, Grilled Chicken Salad with balsamic, protein shakes 3-4 times a day, bananas, eggs, a little bit of PB, either wheat, whole grain, oat bran bread only if at all, either cheerios or honey bunches of oats, soy crisps, water, green tea, and coffee.
Honestly i am tired of not eating, i want to eat eat eat most of the day!!! i am refraining however. i only broke the diet once and that was the other night when i had 7 bud lights.
How long do cutting diets usually last?
I will try and get pics asap, but cant promise anything.
