Fish Tacos
Ingredient:
Tilipia Filet ( cut into strips),diced tomato, rommaine lettuce ( strip it using your hand), sliced of lemon, Yellow corn tortilla, black pepper and salt ( seasoning) , your favorite store bought already made salsa and olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350
Always prepare your ingredients first then cook.
Sprinle the tilipia with pepper and salt. Then put it on a heated pan with olive oil ( make sure the pan is hot when you put the fish) Do not flip it till 3-5 minute on each side. You will know if the fish is cook if its not tender to touch and have white opaque color inside and brown outside. ( or you can test it by fork in the middle if some of the stuff come with the fork is ready)
once the fish is ready ( put it over a paper towel so all the excess oil in the fish can drain)
Place the tortilla into a baking dish and heat it on the oven for about 2 minute on each side ( flip it up).
Scoop your ingredient into the tortilla and you ready to eat!
If you like you can sprinkle some lemon juice and put your favorite salsa. Is also good with guacomole or sour cream!

Man that looks great, props for using tilipia. I can devour 2 or 3 pieces easily

blackened fish would be good too plus if you want extra healthy you can use wheat tortilla oppose to yellow corn. Salmon would be great too!

Lol, that's crazy. I'm making this right now, except I don't call them fish tacos or eat them as tacos. Yes tilapia but I prepare my salsa with Avacado, Tomatoe, Onion and lemon/lime juice. A tad bit of salt and I'm set! Got my filets eat them with corn tortillas and salsa. Yummmmmmmmm.
