Hey man, I'm from perth.
Rather than do your own program, you should look into doing Rippetoes. It will help build a solid base, you can focus on other body parts once you get your weight up.
Are you eating enough?, you seem light for your height.

Are you doing squats and deadlifts? Right bicep looks a bit bigger than the left.
But good work for only a short time. Make sure you do dumbells aswell as barbells for full growth.

Hey dude i'm from perth aswell,
perth people unite haha.
Anyway, you have a good base to start with, looks like you're a hard gainer.
Eat big, lift hard, sleep well, and you'll grow into a monster.
Peace,
if you need any help with anything, give me a msg.

You're incredibly skinny for your height, but your bodyfat is very low. This actually puts you ahead of the game compared to most people. Your definition is clear, so in my opinion it's not worth trying to mass out too quickly, gaining muscle but also gaining heaps of fat.
My advice would be gain a moderate amount for the first 2-3 months and then gain a slower amount after this period. Around 1-1.5kg per month, any more is not really possible without drugs. EAT, EAT, EAT - but not too crazily.
Also focus most heavily on the compounds: deadlifts, squats and bench. Base your other lifts around these. Your "big 3" shouldnt just be bench, bicep curls and pushups

Havnt maxed out recently on all of these stats, but based on my lifts (in pounds):
Squat: 280
Bench: 220-230
Deadlift: 410
Pretty crappy, but they'll get respectable.. someday
Year and a half of uneducated lifting 'when i felt like it'
Nine months of educated lifting has achieved me far more.
