My Lipoderm Ultra Trial
Well, courtesy of Tkarrde, I started my Lipoderm-Ultra today, and I'll be keeping a log of the experience.
My stats:
H: 5ft. 11 3/4in.
W:210 lbs.
BF:11-12 %
Arms:17.25 in.
Thighs:25 in.
Calve:17in.
Chest:46 in.
Waist:34 in.
Training:Modified Max-Ot(low-volume, abbreviated training)
M:Chest, 3 mi. jog
T:Legs
W:3-4 mi. jog
Th:Back, Shoulders
F:3-4 mi. jog
S:Bi's, Tri's, Abs
Su:carb-up and rest!
Diet:CKD:Approx. 1900-2000 cal. per day currently, 500 cal. deficit
Protein:Eggs, bacon, beef patties, london broil, tuna, chicken breasts, sliced turkey, string cheese
Fat:Almonds, flax oil, olive oil, also plenty of sat. fat from meat.
Carb:Romaine lettuce, broccoli, and celery salads
After showering and shaving my midsection, I applied 4 squirts of Lipoderm-U this a.m. to my abs and sides(love handles). I noticed right away that a few little balls of product did'nt absorb and stayed on skin. Other than that, the rest of the application area dried very quickly. It's been really cold in this area, so later I will set the product bottle in a warm water bath which I assume will dissolve these little particles. Well, I'm off to the gym now, so I'll check back later. This is my first time keeping an online log like this guys, so I hope it's relatively detailed and comprehensible. Bye for now...

The "little balls" are just carbomer, and not something to be concerned about--efficacy is not affected.

So here's day 2 of my Lipoderm-Ultra trial. I forgot to log my meals yesterday, but for today, here ya' go...
Meal:
A: 2 eggs, 6 egg whites, 3 pieces bacon
B: 3 slices turkey, 2 sticks string cheese, almonds
C: tuna, salad
Gym:3 mi. jog
D:curry chicken breast, salad
E:ground beef patty, salad
I just finished applying my Lipoderm-U @ 5 squirts. Same area-midsection and love handles. Smell is a bit strong but no discomfort or redness-just cool menthol feeling on the skin.

Day 3 of Lipoderm-U trial...
Meal:
A: 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, 3 pieces bacon
B: 3 slices turkey, 2 sticks string cheese, flax oil
C:same as above
Gym:shoulders/back. Midway through d.bell shoulder press, pulled a muscle in my upper neck/trap area(DAMNIT!) Ah well, this particular injury happens to me every couple of months or so. I was attempting 95 lb. dumbells and pinch, felt that tingle. No big, I worked around it. Just gotta take it easy on the overhead presses for a week or two.
D:P/W shake-44 g. whey, 20 g. dex.
E:2 pork chops, salad
Applied Lipoderm-U at 10 a.m. and just now. Weighed myself today @ 208-cool. Nothing else to report. Will take measurements Fri. or Sat.-hopefully a decrease in the waist by then.

Do you notice any changes in the appearance of the areas you are applying the Lipo to?

For some it has, though given the speed with which it has done so, it could simply be the initial diuretic effects.

Well, for me, I'd assume that any effect from this would be lessened since I'm already depleted of glycogen and water...ya' think?

A: 2 eggs, 6 egg whites, 3 pieces bacon
C: tuna, salad
Gym:3 mi. run-med. intensity.

Day 5 of my Lipoderm-U trial
Meals:
A: 2 eggs, 6 egg whites, 3 pieces bacon
Gym: Biceps, Triceps, Abs
B: P/W shake, 50/50 whey/dex
C:tuna, white rice
D:2 pork chops, garlic bread
E:chicken breast
Weighed myself at the gym today-207. Also measured my waist this a.m.-33 3/4 in. Down a 1/4 in.-cool. Started my carb-up today, so we'll see if this is just water weight or not. This is my lowest weight ever, so I think not. Applied Lipo twice today 6 squirts each. So far so good.

Well, when I bumped it up to 5 squirts, I did that for two days. So I'll go to 7 squirts tomorrow.

Lipoderm-U trial, Day 6...
Meals:
A:Whole wheat pancakes, (w/2 scoops of micellar casein mixed in)
B:Turkey sandwich
Gym: Today's my rest day, but I like to do some sort of light cardio after my carb-up. So I took my dog on a 3 mi. walk.
C: pork tenderloin, salad
D:1 can tuna, salad
Weighed myself this afternoon, 2 hours after my last carb meal-209. Lowest I've ever weighed after a carb-up- Bumped up dosage of Lipoderm-U to 7 squirts twice a day. Still limiting the application area to midsection and sides. My midsection is the first area that loses definition after a carb-up, but today it looks just like it did Sat. a.m.-at my most depleted! My weight loss finally seems to have restarted.

How much of your weight loss do you contribute to LU as opposed to your diet and cardio?

Well, the last couple of weeks, after my carb-up, I'm usually weighing in at 212-213. Then, after getting back in to keto, I've held steady at 210. So, with the Lipoderm-U being the only new variable in my regimen, I'd have to say that's what's responsible. Also, I should add that, with the exception of a cup of coffee in the a.m. I'm not currently taking any thermogenics.

Lipoderm-U trial, Day 7
Meals:
A:2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, 3 strips bacon
B:chicken breast, almonds
Gym:Chest, 2 mi. run
C:P/W shake, whey/dex
D:steak, mixed salad
E: chicken caesar salad w/2 ch. breasts, (I fry the breasts in Keto Crumbs).
Applied 7 squirts twice today. I think I'm going to keep dosage at 7 twice a day, as this amount takes quite awhile to dry. Just don't think I can fit anymore on my torso without oversaturation. No sides to report whatsoever, although the smell is a bit strong.

Pretty much, sunshine.
That is why it gets great feedback, which makes so jealous that you take time out of your day to troll me and my company.

Lipoderm-U trial, Day 8
Meals:
A: 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, 3 strips bacon
B:tuna, mixed salad
C:3 cheese sticks, 2 pieces turkey slices
Gym: Legs. Felt weak today, think I'm getting a cold. Squats almost did me in. If it gets any worse, I might just finish out the rest of the week w/light cardio days.
D:P/W shake
E:roasted chicken leg, salad
Applied Lipoderm-U at 10:00 a.m. and just now-7 squirts. Will keep it at this amount I think. I'll take measurements in a day or two when I'm more depleted. Looking definitely leaner though, esp. love handles.
