What?
Hey All! Last week I asked all of you if I should take a week off because I hurt my elbow..and I did..it helped and the pain has dulled down. Well, I decided to work out again today because I didnt want to take off two weeks. I did chest and triceps today. Everything was going okay but I cant do DB flys or skull crushers because it still puts pressure and hurts my elbow...anyone know what part of my elbow or elbow area is helping to do those excersizes? The doc only gave me ibeprofen..is there anything else i should do to help it heal faster?...i cant wait to train with more weight again! lol Thanks u guys!
