Question How does this look for a "before bed" meal?

Well, before bed lately I've been having:

-3 pieces of whole wheat bread smothered with peanut butter & honey
-3 hard boiled eggs
-1 glass of milk
-1 glass of water
-differant fruit each time (grapes, apple, banana, etc.)

I'm 16, weigh 155, and im trying to put on mass.

any good?

Do you train in the mornings?

Any reason for the significant carb intake before bed?

I would personally ditch the ww bread and honey. Also make that two glasses of milk.

That looks like it could be my breakfast if you added that extra milk boyscout suggested.

I'd say definitely cut back on the carbs.

Personally, I mix ~16 ounces of milk in my casein protein drink. I use this as a subsitute for cottage cheese as well as an extra boost of protein before bed.

uhh totally remove everything from that meal, and eat cottage cheese. I'd reccomend 3 servings immedietly before bed, if you're trying to bulk. And if you wake up in the middle of the night to pee, pop a couple BCAA pills.
