Question Swiss Chalet

Well, my parents orderd it today right after my workout. And yes, I ate it...only because I've refused many of their past meals because they didn't meet up with my eating habit. Anyways, I thought today I would make 'em feel good.

So, I ate:

Chicken + the skin
Fries
Salad with Italian Dressing
Gravy

any input?

p.s. (im in the process of trying to gain muscle mass)

well thats not ideal, to much fat pwo but just dont do it every day and you will be fine, its one meal.

i live swiss challet, next time don't eat the skin, and also get the swiss challet sauce, it's much better for you than gravy, and substitute rice for the fries.
