I have a food plan that I follow every day now -
7:30am - 1/2cup oats, 2 tbsp protien powder (still using up meal
replacement though, got like 800 grams left over) and 1/4cup LSA
10:30am - Meal replacement shake
1:30pm - Taco roll (125grams low fat mince meat (+ parsley & spring onion and real onion mixed in grilled in an oven griller) on wholewheat pitta bread with a spread on it (spread
mix = low fat sour creams, low fat cream cheese, salsa, 1/2tbsp taco
seasoning mix all mixed up) & tomato and lettuce (free meal here on
wednesday)
3:30 to 4:30pm - meal replacement
6:30 - 7:30pm Dinner (beef stir fry, spaghetti & meatballs, chicken
parmesam, italian seasoned chicken) that all i ever eat for dinner,
one of em, not much variety but I love them all, its good to me

(wednesday is free meal)
9:30pm - skim cottagecheese on toast with cinamon sprinkled over it
(I dont really like cottage cheese but this makes it taste good.)
Could I please get some suggestions/comments on my meal plan?
BTW. I am in a cutting/bulking phase following BFL (transformation fitness program). I believe I have a correct nutrition. So no "eat 5000 calories" replys please
P.S. What does "Bump" mean?
