My Nutrition (comments please) ...

I have a food plan that I follow every day now -

7:30am - 1/2cup oats, 2 tbsp protien powder (still using up meal
replacement though, got like 800 grams left over) and 1/4cup LSA

10:30am - Meal replacement shake

1:30pm - Taco roll (125grams low fat mince meat (+ parsley & spring onion and real onion mixed in grilled in an oven griller) on wholewheat pitta bread with a spread on it (spread
mix = low fat sour creams, low fat cream cheese, salsa, 1/2tbsp taco
seasoning mix all mixed up) & tomato and lettuce (free meal here on
wednesday)

3:30 to 4:30pm - meal replacement

6:30 - 7:30pm Dinner (beef stir fry, spaghetti & meatballs, chicken
parmesam, italian seasoned chicken) that all i ever eat for dinner,
one of em, not much variety but I love them all, its good to me
(wednesday is free meal)

9:30pm - skim cottagecheese on toast with cinamon sprinkled over it
(I dont really like cottage cheese but this makes it taste good.)

Could I please get some suggestions/comments on my meal plan?

BTW. I am in a cutting/bulking phase following BFL (transformation fitness program). I believe I have a correct nutrition. So no "eat 5000 calories" replys please


P.S. What does "Bump" mean?

Ah okay. But what about my diet? comments?

I am thinking of changing to the Keto diet as I have known about it but never knew what it was. Starting to read about it

Sure....

Well... it is not too bad... Could use a 'little' tweaking though...


7:30am

This is good although you could replace the powder with egg whites or cottage cheese (+ cinnamon) if you wanted.

10:30am - Meal replacement shake
Replace this with 'real food'. Shakes/powders should only be used as a last resort - some tuna/chicken and some brown rice would be another option.

Sure - if you want.... Although there are better options. I would take out the spread mix and replace it with cottage cheese and pepper.

Once again - real food.

You should have a few 'cleaner' options here - fish (like salmon) and steamed vegetables is an example of a 'clean' meal. Save the things listed above for 'cheat' meals.

This is fine.

I would add a few more healthy fats (omega-3's) and take out some of the processed/manufactured foods (like the shakes, spread mix, and spaghetti).
