am i overtraining biceps?
I recently changed my arm day to include a bit more bicep work, and today my arms feel dead... like that weak/depleated feeling... my diet has not changed so i know thats not the cause... its a feeling i havent felt in a while... i am wondering if its just the shock of new excercises or if its a little over training...
my bicep work WAS...
close grip Ez bar curls 4 sets x 4 - 6 reps
seated incline dumbbell curls 4 sets x 4 - 6 reps
my bicep work now IS...
close grip Ez bar curls 3 sets x 4 - 6 reps
seated incline dumbbell curls 3 sets x 4 - 6 reps
Rope Pulley Hammer Curls 3 sets x 4 - 6 reps
seated barbell curl finishing lift(partail) 1 set x 10
later in the week on my back day i obviously also hit biceps with rows and pulldowns.
does it seem lik etoo much for biceps or am i probably just reacting to new stuff? Thanks for your input!
