Need help on eating correct foods, I want to learn

Ok I will post what I ate today. I am sure it is terribly wrong but I want to learn so I don't have a giant gut because I have been on rippletoe for about almost a month and my bench has improved from lifting 10 pounds on each side to 25 and squats are 220 compared to about the 90 pounds I started on. Deadlift I am still searching for the correct form. Anyways I will explain the rest after I list the foods I ate today.

9:00-morning-MultiGrain cheerios (one cup) with 250ML of 1% milk=240 calories,36 carbs, 11 protein, 6g of fat.

12:00-Vector Bar-220 calories, 5g of fat, 35g of carbs, 9g of protein. The 3 hour gap is because of a class I was in for school.

2:00-footlong roasted chicken breast sub-660 calories,10g of fat, 94g of carbs, 48g of protein. I had the sub with milk.

5:00-2 chicken Burgers-340 calories, 12g of fat, 38g of carbs, 20g of protein

7:00-Quick Mass Protein-(this is the part where I will probably get chewed out by everyone) so I had 2 scoops with about 300ML of water. Calories-505, fat 7.5, carbs-82, protein-28.5g

8:00-Workout (rippletoe exercise B)

9:00 Quick Mass Protein Again (refer to above)

11:00-Peanutbutter Sandwich (2 tbl spoons of peanutbutter and 2 slices of bread with milk) calories-540, fat-19g carbs-50g, protein 21g.

So in total for today I have currently had 3390 calories,80g of fat, 483g of carbs, and 192 grams of protein. If I didnt mention it earlier I am 6'1 and I started on this program at 168 pounds and I have gone on 2 scales and I still think they are both wrong but my weight now says 186 pounds. What do you guys think of the food? is it bad? is it the powder? I drink around 2-3 litres of water a day as well. I have been told to add more exercises to muscle areas but I aint doing anything until I know forsure.

I am open for suggestions and I am also ready to get critisized but once again, I just want to learn lessons and make sure I am doing this right...so I hope I get some feedback.
