Detailed Dosing approval/feedback pre/during/post
for pre/during/post, here what I have:
-2 servings of a custom-made scivation xtend mock-up mix
-1 half and half split serving (so I take one serving and split it up into two) of nutrex vitargo cgl
-2 protein shakes (1/2 to 1 cup oats, 1.5 scoops whey, one banana, 8 oz milk or water)
here's what I'm thinking for dosing:
6:30am 1cup oats, half banana, 1.5 scoop whey, 1 tbsp peanut butter
8:00am apple
9:00am 1 cup veggies, 8 oz chicken breast OR 8 jumbo egg whites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with strawberries/pineapples mixed in
11:30am 1 cup oats, half banana 1.5 scoop whey, 1-2 tbsp flaxseed meal
2:00pm 1 cup veggies, 8 oz chicken breast OR 8 jumbo egg whites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with strawberries pineapples mixed in
3:50pm drink first of two protein shakes
4:00pm leave work, drive to gym
4:05pm start drinking 1 serving of the bcaa mix on the way to the gym, not chug it, but slowly drink it in the 15 mins it takes me to drive to the gym
4:30pm arrive in gym locker room and slam one half serving of the vitargo
4:30pm right after downing the vitargo, add some water to my 2nd dosing of bcaa mix to take with me into the gym
4:35pm work-out, sip on bcaa mix during workout
5:50pm or so, finish work-out, bcaa mix is gone by now, and then go into locker room and slam 2nd serving of vitargo
6:30pm or so, drink the 2nd protein shake
8:30pm two pieces of whole wheat bread, can of tuna or 8 oz chicken breast
10:30pm 1/2 to 3/4th cup cottage cheese + sometimes one tbsp pnut-butter
11:00pm bed
And then also when the hunger is insatiable I have protein bars around to cure what ails me!
How does this sound gentlemen? (and ladies?)
