Its my 20th birthday tomorrow...

and of course i timed it to be a carb up day (so i haven't carbed up for almost 14 days to time it right)....

I'm just tempted to make it an all-out eat whatever I want day. Can I justify that for myself? Or should I stick to a modest slice of cake.

What i really want is:
1) coldstone ice cream
2) dark chocolate filled with marzipan (been craving it for WEEKS..AHH)
3) cake
4) pancakes
5) cereal with milk and banana
6) FRUIT
7) FRUIT
8) chocolate.

erm, yeah. Just looking for my official "okay" from Jaime!

Happy early birthday, I wish I was 20 again..............

Man I would pig out if it was me. Odd , when I was in my 20's I could eat anything and not gain a pound. Once I hit 40 forget it.......we'll not even discuss 50..

Sciamach,
I say go out and eat anything you want and truly enjoy yourself. You have shown you have the dedication and will power to start back tomorrow like its no big deal so I say have fun and enjoy your birthday. June 5th is my 22nd Birthday and I figure I'll probably pack down like 10-12k calories that day easy lol but it doesnt worry me too bad.
