Progress Pics
I was pleasantly surprised today when I woke up. After yesterday's half-assed carb up, I expected to be totally bloated and fat. But, I guess the extra stuff I ate must have flushed out some extra water or something, because I looked a little leaner than usual. Anyway, in case I fall off the bandwagon or something in the coming weeks, I wanted to post these pictures while I still felt good about myself
The "before" pic was in highschool. I topped the scale at ~300 lbs. I did a long and hard cut on 40/40/20, and that resulted in the "after" picture. You can see I was trying real hard to force stomach definition in that one :P These last few that have the garbled file names were taken this morning. I bulked up very slightly over winter (scared to death of gaining fat, thus hindering my progress), then went on keto to cut.
I wanted to go to the beach this summer, but I'm afraid I'll get fined for causing too much sun glare w/ my ghostly pale body, lol. I'll be the first guy to have to get a tan *before* I show up.

The picture entitled "after" was pretty much the result of anorexic dieting. I did a small bulk after the original weightloss because I didn't discover the BB.com forums until after it was all done, so I lost 100 pounds by eating ~200 calories a day, then going to the gym and running at an incline until I'd burned like 600 calories. I didn't know any better, and I did collapse and go into shock at one point.
I like this better. Besides, don't you think the last three pictures of me show more definition? That's only 3 weeks after my "bulk" on keto, doing cardio 3x a week.

Wow. I used to weigh 280 and I did the same thing.....losing it the wrong way. I didnt cut to no damn 200 cals a day but I did cut to 600-700 and did cardio 7 days a week for up to 3 hours.....Ill never forget one day all I ate was 2 of those individual sugar free jellos. 20 calories for the day. I was such a damn dumbass. But you look great man. Keep it up.

Yea, if we only knew then what we know now...
I think the lowest I've ever gone to was 80 calories; I ate an apple during lunchtime just so that my friends would think that I was eating healthily.
BTW, what do you do for shoulder workouts? It looks like you're wearing a basketball above one very large gun.

i hear you guys. i never went that low, lowest i went was prolly 1500 LOL but i was taking EC everyday and going to the gym every morning for cardio and workouts at night(not everyday workouts) and i lost alot of weight but ended up skinny fat. i'm now eating twice as much as i was then(3000cals), losing the weight at about 1.5-2 pounds a week, and looking better than ever!
congrats to EVERYONE on your progress. reps are on me

damn dude, nice progress...reps fo shizzle
I went starvation once. Got me from ~260 (maybe higher :X) to 192 in about 3 months. There were a few days I remember eating 100 calories or so. Its nothing to be ashamed of...making mistakes is a part of the process of learning. Making a mistake isn't the worst thing that could happen, not learning from said mistake is.
