if you're bulking yogurt is yogurt. i suggest you go to the grocery store, pick your favorite flavor and buy one of those from every brand.
pick the one you like the best and buy that.

The instant, flavored oatmeal you are eating is really not that good for you. It is similar, both nutritionally and in the amount of processing done to it, to many cereals sugary, processed cereals.
The plain oatmeal, quick or old fashioned, is much better for you.

Bump. What I do is cook the old fashioned oatmeal, and add cinnamon and Splenda, essentailly giving it the same taste as the processed, sugary cinnamon flavored oatmeal.

Eat plain yoghurt. For some reason it's usually named as a European country (i.e. Swiss yoghurt, Bulgarian yoghurt etc.), no idea why. it should just contain milk solids, cultures and preservatives. Fruity yoghurts = sugar.

Breyers makes good Lowfat sugar free yogurt. It's 8oz vs 6oz for other brands. My favorites are apple-cinnamon and blueberry, about 120 cals each and around 10g protein. Mix it with some Quaker instant and it's real good.

bucsfan,
Definitely watch out for the pre-flavored Oatmeal in the packets.
Look at the carbs, and then look how many carbs come from sugar.. Ouch..
By comparison, if you look at the quick 1 minute Quaker oats in the cardboard tub, they have about 30-40 grams of carbs, and virtually no carbs from sugar.
As Tim mentioned above, oats with Splenda and Cinnamon is really good. I eat that everyday for breakfast.
