1. Your diet sucks
2. Your posted routine sucks
3. Your back and leg routine probably sucks as well

Yeah, if you're lookin to put on some mass, I would take a look at the stickies. There's rippetoes, max ot, and a ton of other programs out there for building mass. You also said you were lean, and I can tell from your diet. Get some fat and carbs in there if youre lookin to bulk. Don't go crazy, you can clean bulk, but without enough cals you will never gain the mass.

my reason is that you are doing a billion chest workouts. what i think you should do is stick to 3-5. of it each workout day. then alternate each week about what workouts you do so your body will get tired and wont get used to it.
now thats just ur chest. i agree that your other exercises prolly sux too
no offense.

thats a problem for me hahaha. i do military press. and i will burn my delts out on the cable. for bicep i just one hand curl, the one where you twist it halfway up. i do like 3-4 sets of those. it usually tires me fast. then i will do secondary workouts. like reverse curls and preacher curls

shouldnt have so much shakes. have some whole foods, and get some complex carbs. SImple carbs after workout only.
